As a general rule you want to use the mildest cleanser possible to do the job since harsher cleansers are tougher on the flooring. If your floor is especially dirty try adding a few drops of liquid dishwashing soap to the mixture before mopping once with the soap mixture a second time with vinegar and water. Gently mix 1 4 cup vinegar in a 16 ounce spray bottle with 1 drop of dish soap and warm water. Clean the baking soda off the floor with a vinegar and water solution.
