I was a little worried from reading the yelp reviews but now that my closet is finished i am relieved to say that i ve had a great experience with closets by design. 67 reviews of closets by design i had my initial consultation with rosana and i was so impressed that i signed the contract on the spot. My designer was able to walk me through options take measurements and turn the designs in an hour. A few bumps on the installation but the final result is fantastic.

My nightmare is similar to many of those offered here. Initial sales guy designer was new but worked hard. Our experience with cbd was a good one. Again the one thing i will say is when working with the designers make sure all your requests are written down.

Their designer took great pains to please us in our special space situation. She was very thorough and attentive to details and i felt like my needs were heard. I have used closets by design twice for a total of six projects including bedroom closets pantry closet mud room storage a built in desk and a media room cabinet.

The installers are professional and the quality of the materials is great. Their rep barbara was friendly and helpful explained everything carefully and offered a lot of options and suggestions she didn t try to push the most expensive ones. I became nervous after i saw the two yelp reviews but at that point i had to stick with it. Within two weeks i had new closet locks installed and additional shelving.
