Using a washcloth apply small amounts of rubbing alcohol directly onto the oil stain.

Dry cleaning solvent can also be used to treat oil stains.
Blot until no more oil appears on the paper towel.
Use a lifting motion and blot until no more oil comes off on the paper towel.
